The Interior Painting Process

Setup:   Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths.   Based on your requests, holes and cracks in walls are filled and surfaces are scuff sanded and will insure proper adhesion for the coating that is to be applied.

Painting:  Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish. One, two or more coats are applied as necessary, with sufficient drying time and sanding in between coats 

Cleaning:  Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Carefully we will remove all tape and coverings from walls, light fixtures, cabinets, etc. Re-attach all hardware that was removed, such as doorknobs and hinges. Vacuum, mop or clean the floor where coverings were removed.  All of our materials are removed.
 

The Exterior Painting Process

• Extensive preparation of all surface
• Power sanding and finish sanding
• Bleach treatment to kill mildew
• Caulking seams and casings
• Painting with the highest quality paint: Cloverdale, Benjamin Moore

Cleaning: The painters will clean the area at your expectations. All of our materials are removed.
